精選台灣的梅頭豬肉，混合原住民和西式香料醃製入味，以荔枝木慢火煙燻至表面金黃但肉質保持軟嫩多汁，燒烤時滴出來的肉汁混合楓葉糖漿和龍舌蘭糖漿調配成獨特的叉燒醬汁，獨特的煙燻和糖漿風味完美地跟叉燒融合，配合泰國茉莉香米烹調的香茅香料飯風味獨特，“不是”一般的港式叉燒飯！

Selecting the daily fresh Taiwanese pork shoulder, marinated with herbs & spices from the native tribes in Taitung, slow-smoked with Lychee wood until the surface is golden yet the texture remains juicy and tender. Preparing our special sauce with gravy, maple syrup, and agave syrup. Pair with Lemongrass Rice Pilaf made of Thai jasmine rice, a unique flavor other than traditional Hong Kong style.

    How to Serve 食用方法

    【1】打開塑膠蓋子，將金屬盤子直接放進烤箱或氣炸鍋190度加熱10-15分鐘或至表面香脆，或把叉燒放在可微波的容器，高溫加熱2分鐘【2】香料飯解凍後微波高溫加熱2-3分鐘

    ***金屬容器切勿微波***

    【1】Remove plastic lid, place the metal tin in the oven or air fryer at 190c for 10-15 mins until golden brown; OR remove smoked pork from metal tin and microwave for 2 mins on high heat【2】microwave rice pilaf for 2 mins on high heat
